WOMAN/TORO Series

Sona SANDALIAN

A bull loses his innocence only once, and if has been fought in the field he will remember the lesson and when he gets into the bullring he will most likely kill the matador. They say that a bull learns more in half an hour than a man in a lifetime.

The series  Woman/Toro reflect that the relationship of Man and Woman is very similar to the Corrida.

A man has often the upper hand but needs to prove his “machismo”. A woman has to overcome many obstacles but can win by the strength of her intelligence. The act of love between man and woman is also similar to the Corrida, the game as it plays out ends in an ultimate orgasm that the French have so aptly called “la petite mort” (the little death).

It is always the game of Life, Love and Death.
