| World Art Emporium will only accept images of Artists' own work. We only accept third party representation by Art Schools and Colleges. | |||||

World Art Emporium will not accept images of Artwork that is deemed to be of Adult Content or is considered unsuitable for a Free Online Gallery. |

| World Art Emporium sets the commissionable rate payable at 20% of the final sale value, which becomes payable to worldartemporium.co.uk upon sale completion. | |||||
| World Art Emporium permanently displays Art for Auction at various free Auction websites. All Art submitted to Free Online Galleries will be included in these Auctions at no extra charge to the Artist. | |||||
| World Art Emporium will not reveal or sell any information held to any third party. | |||||
| World Art Emporium endeavour to verify all Artists Artwork as far as possible. We do not accept responsibility for Artist errors or omissions. | |||||
